How do I earn points?

Points are allocated to you when using the App.

Shido encourages users to log and track actions and consume our diverse content. Our aim is to to improve accountability and knowledge for all health and wellbeing. 

We allocate points when you log and track goals, manually or automatically via Apple/Google/Fitbit. Additional points are awarded when you hit your targets.

These are:

  • Logging food/Being on target for achieving close to your calorie target
  • Logging exercise/being on target for number of sessions a week is your target
  • Logging steps/distance and being on target per day
  • Logging water intake/being on target per day
  • Logging sleep/being on target per day
  • Logging meditation/being on target per day

We also allocate points for:

  • Having a good nutriscore 
  • Listening to all lessons in a course
  • Completing a weekly streak (reading 7 daily guides)

You can track your progress by clicking  'Level' from the homepage or via My progress in the Menu.

We also display a breakdown of logs, points and achievements so you can track progress over time.
