# How to I remove data from my account without deleting the account altogether?

## We offer the option to reset your account without deleting it.

There is an option within the App to reset your account. This will remove all preferences and data associated with the account. This includes:

- date of birth, sex, height, weight, goal targets, goal logs, integrations with third parties, progress for completing programmes, courses, saved content and app personalisation.
- the only data not reset is firstname, passcode and email address.

If you wish to do this please go to App **-\> Settings -\> Account -\> Reset**

After doing this, you will be prompted to complete the health assessment again, as a new user.
