There is an option within the App to reset your account. This will remove all preferences and data associated with the account. This includes:
- date of birth, sex, height, weight, goal targets, goal logs, integrations with third parties, progress for completing programmes, courses, saved content and app personalisation.
- The only data not reset is firstname, passcode and email address.
If you wish to do this please go to App -> Settings -> Account -> Reset
After doing this, you will be prompted to complete the health assessment again, as a new user.
