I have a subscription, but my employer has provided me with a code. How do I use that instead?

You can cancel your existing subscription and replace it with the new one.

That's fine, you can use the offer from your employer. If you follow the link or scan the QR code provided by your Employer a chat will be opened and you will be asked if you have an account already.

If you enter the email we will know that you have a subscription, but allow you to add the employer offer instead.

When you next log in the App, you will be directed to the Apple/Google store to cancel your personal subscription.
