# How can I select a meal plan?

## You will be recommended a meal plan based on your answer to which 'focus area' you selected when signing up to Shido.

You can view and activate any recommended meal plans based on your selected focus area by selecting Meal plans on the homepage or via the menu.

You will be presented with recommended meal plans where you can choose your preferred one and click **Start plan.** Once a meal plan has been started, new recipes will be shown on the homepage each day of the 7-day plan.

You can change your meal plan to suit your needs at any time, simply select a new meal plan and select any dietary requirements from the drop down list.
