Can I change my meal plan?

Yes, you can change your meal plan anytime by tapping on 'meal plans' from the homepage or the menu, then selecting a new meal plan and 'start plan'.

When you go through the onboarding questions, we will assign a meal plan to you based on the focus area selected, however this can be changed at any time. See below:
