I'm unable to access the email account I used to register with Shido. What do I do?

If you are still logged into the Shido app, you can change the email associated with the account in settings > account > edit email. A code will be sent to your email to change it.

If however if are not logged in don't worry, we can change the email address you used to register your Shido account. 

Please contact us via the 'Customer support' link and provide us with the new email address and we will gladly change it for you. 

You can find the customer support form at the bottom of the Menu within the App.
